Went to the BSB meet at Rockingham, before they lost it. Superb venue, good circuit with excellent facilities and you could see the whole race :bow:

They had a blank canvas at Rockingham. More thought with the design of the track and current safety regulations, and it could so easily have become the premier circuit in the UK :bang:

They could have bid for F1 :tosser: MotoGP :yo: , WSB :yo: and BSB :yo:

A wasted opportunity methinks :tosser:

Agreedthey were (are) brill. I liked being able to look over the back of the stand to check on your bike! Don't really see how the teams got away with "safety" as the reason for not going there when they happily do Cadwell, Mallory and Knockhill. Mind you, anybody can get away with anything nowadays by invoking the safety issue.
