I must be missing something here....it doesn't take Sherlock Feckin' Holmes to figure out that if plod can't find them at home then it goes without saying that they're not self isolating.

Apparently..... at 440 addresses police got no answer when they called and, say police chiefs, "no further enforcement action (was) possible".

Bank robbers take note. Nip out when plod come calling and you're off the hook....cos they'd never think to RETURN ON A DIFFERENT DAY....
