took the bike into Rhencullen racing at Hinckley last Friday to have the bike fuelling checked and set up with the new zorsts on....

Anyone that hasn't done this, get a session booked....NOW !!!!

The first run showed a pretty good 140bhp at the rear wheel, but the fuelling showed a very different story. Loads of dips in the power curve where the fuelling was excessively lean....and over rich at higher engine speeds....

The bike was then run at increasing iterations of load and throttle position and the fuelling gradually set up as near as damn it 12.9:1...yummie....

21 runs later and the power curve is as straight as a straight thing, no dips and the fuelling perfect. Rear wheel power 148.6.....sweet....:-:

The difference is road riding - smoother throttle response, less snatchiness, gobs loads more grunt, better control of fuelling on overrun and light throttle low speed riding....worth every friggin penny....

My advice - if you've played about with your zorsts get it checked on a dyno - ?30 to you sir...

My 4 hours cost ?120 all in - value for money...oh and 3/4 of a tank of juice and a shagged rear tyre....lol

Great time spent at Rhencullen, and they've even got a 15% offer on their riding gear if anyones interested......
