Bought it as a non runner in 1986. Ive rebuilt the motor, gearbox, rewired, resprayed and everything else. Oh yes those are genuine Dunstall decibel 'silencers'.

Who hoooooo can I rattle windows

This might make you laff...

When I was 16 I had an Ariel Arrow (all stripped street style!!) and it had a pair of those Dunstall Megaphones on it. Christ knows how they got on there but you saw all sorts of hybrids in those days.

It sounded well odd, but gave the engine a turbo style boost at high revs. Which was actually more than a bit dangerous 'cos the handling was bloody atrocious..!! LOL and don't even mention the brakes...

Hey Rob
The Atlas sounds like a bike should;o)
The T/Ace goes like a bike should.. both very different but both good fun and they dont clash. I can have as much fun on the Atlas firing round Anglesey's back roads as I can with the Ace lobbing it round big long sweepers at 130 (allegedly)
