I've been looking at me own set Bill, :bow: thanks for posting them, saved me a job!! I had to have Eddy teach me how to reduce them :bow: he did reduce all of mine for me before telling me how to !! :bow:

no more sitting around loafing er well yeah like that's what I do all day in work
anyway
as for the surfing it's getting too cold now anyway

no more riding the bike when on the sick yep your right there but think of the lower fuel bill

and yep it was great once the worst of the pain went

as for the few extra pounds I did start to put a bit on but I started training after a month and now I'm 1/2 a stone lighter plus I had time to eat healthier no kfc or mc dees and I do feel better for it

Sad I know but I did enjoy being back and I got loads of overtime booked in for the rest of the year so the ???????'s will come in handy for the bird mods
