Polly Dollys Blooper!!

While I am in the sanctuary of being alone and Polly is at work I shall post the blooper from yesterday while it is safe to do so.

We watched the Grand Prix on BBC2 yesterday afternoon and saw the spill at the first bend. Polly was wondering why the race carried on and she turned to me and said in all innocence

"Well if there was loads of diesel on the track they would have stopped it wouldnt they"

Sometimes I do wonder! - And as my able pillion how many times has she watched me fill up the bird with diesel !! c7u8

I was out in the car with my girlfriend a few weeks ago and we happened to be talking about the rev counter, because I'd pointed out that it seemed to tick over very slowly, only about 500 revs. Anyway, we came to a stop at a set of traffic lights, and she said "Look, its not showing anything now"

When I had my bike I hardly ever used the car one day we were off to a funeral, so I was nominated to drive as I started to drive away I noticed that the brake light remained on, so I said to my wife "shit the brakes need seeing to" "how do you know?" says she "because you see that little red light it indicates that the brakes need seeing to" "oh I wondered why that had come on"....."just exactly when did you notice that little red light come on?"....."Oh about four months ago" :bang:
