Friend of our went to Pizza Hut (Treat for 15Yearold son with brain Tumour)
To cut it short the son was sick .Waitress comes alond says I hope yudont expect me to clear that up
Sorry but he,s Ill with a cancer replies Mam
waitress: I dont care what he's got I'm not clearing it up
Sends for Manager
who replies "I cant be responsible for what my staff Do or Say
Exit one very upset family

What should they do
Report to Pizza Hut
or just forget it Happened
I know I wont be going there again

Bastids - burn it down!

Seriously, they are responsible for what their staff say and do whilst they're working. That behaviour merits at least a written warning in any ethical company.

And the "bastids" bit was serious!!

I've felt sick once or twice at Pizza hut, when I got the bill!! :eek: :puke:
must admit, thing's should have been handled better,!! a letter to the customer service dept at the very least, :dunno:

I think you are all missing the point here a little..

Whilst I agree with ALL the abovem your comments are very emotive and driven by the lads illness issue.

I am afraid if that woman had spoken to me like that ( and then the manager on top ! ) as a normal healthy punter, I would be severely aggrieved.

The woman should be sacked for gross incompetence ( yes, she has been incompetent as it is her JOB to keep the punter happy ) and the manager needs retraining ( or knowing the establishment in question, possibly his nappy changed and sending to bed early )

Write to the people.. demand an appology from both the manager and the shite head woman.

They will no doubt try and fob your friend off with a free pitza or something.. tell them to forget it and demand the sorry..

Make it clear in the letter the only way to avoid the issue going to court ( as they feel the woman verbally assaulted their sick child ) is for a personal appology to be made.

The point of this is that while a sorry is free in money terms, it will cause so much more grief than afree pitza will.. Someone on the corporate ladder is actually going to have to THINK about the problem.. Worth a shed load more than a poorly cooked, poorly presented pile of poo !
