Ive got the (spao) lawers on to it Levie & mcreae Glasgow.
I am a bit pissed off about it, but ive got a wife ,3 kids under 6 to look after and a 100k mortgage to pay.
I might well come up trumps in court,BUT, Ive still to keep a lid on everything else in the meantime.and this usually takes three years.
I firmly believe that our "caring" employer would kick be out without a moments thought if I stuck to the "I want my job and only my job mentality"
Better to be prepared in my view hence the cipd course etc. Gotta make your opportunities sometimes.
Thanks for the ifo you sent. I may well make enquireries and might request more info from you , and the poor guy involved, if required and of course acceptable to him too. thanks again
