Mind you, interesting to note that Hague has finally given up politics and is riding the P.D instead ! :}

it annoys me how little coverage this event gets in the UK. When I was over in Barcelona for Xmas, I attended the offical departure of 20 Spanish riders. There were hundreds of offical stalls, presentations and the Ramblas was lined with thousands of people who'd turned up just to wave 'em good bye. On the main news you get major updates everyday with their equivalent of BBC1 televising many of the sections.
