Actually there's no drag on the rear brake unless the front wheel is turning to operate the pivot actuated secondary master cylinder.

Put your bike on the center stand and spin the back wheel with your foot then apply some front brake...

I have extended forks and a raised rear end, tiz about 11/4" higher than a standard bird :p , maybe i should look at the old chopper forks :}
