been off pretty much all forums for a while now but thought I'd just share my Birds new dress code with you.

It's a wrap rather than a paint job and yes I am fully aware that I could have got a paint job for a little bit more but I wasn't 100% sure I would like the colour in the flesh so hedged my bets.

Now I'm happy I may go the full paint job next year sometime

explains why I'm finding it easier filtering down the M61/M60 in the mornings.

Now where are those high intensity orange strobes ;o)

Come on you Hatters
There's a guy outside Luton called Motoscot that looks after GS's, he painted his wife's Blackbird in Lamborghini Pearl Orange, now that did look nice. No idea if they've still got it, it was a few years back when I saw it.

Clueless in most things
It immediately reminded me of a bond bug so I don't like it but fairplay on trying the wrap route, was it difficult, expensive ?

I like it!
I find people moving out of the way as well, I think they see (sometimes) something of a 'different' colour coming up behind them and think it's something Plod / escort / important.

Yesterday ( Tues 4th) someone told me they had seen my bike at Devils Bridge over the weekend.
I think they had Orange mixed up with 'liquid gold'. @tu*

Does it make much difference of the view of the front indicators?

Can they tell the difference between the indicators, amber light flashing, and the paintwork I think Murt was attempting to ask in his inimitable sarcastic way!! :dunno:
