Anyone heard of them.I received an email from them this morning entitled "registration confirmation" and a zipped file supposedly containing my password. To the best of my sober knowledge I have never registered with them! Don't want to unzip in case my antivirus cannot cope. Anyone got any suggestions? :h

I always work on the assumption of "if I didn't request it "don't know the sender" BIN IT!! :dunno:
if it is important they will send another without an "attachment" :dunno:

No proper organisation would send a password via email Bill. I would strongly suggest not opening that zip file, but just bin the lot.

Thanks lads. I have always in the past binned suspicious emails but have always wondered what I might have missed. Think I should set up a separate computer with nowt important on,move the suspect email to it and then open. I can always format.....another thought is a separate hard drive on this computer.....second thoughts...bugger might get into the boot sector.....feck it ...I'll just delete it and wonder what it was for the rest of my life.

Is indeed a virus

If you open it, it will either sit on your hard drive and email itself to everyone you know
or
it will probably fry your hard drive

Can you forward it onto Reefer please?
