O'Bash the epilogue

I'd just like to echo what everyone else has said. I had a great time and met some wonderful people. My only regret was that I couldn't be there for the whole weekend. The work and planning done by Damien and Scott was second only to military precision,:bow: the people of Carnlough made everyone feel so welcome and the 70+ bikes that descended onto the seafront in Portrush on Sunday, didn't phase anybody. It was like this was a daily event. All in all I know I had a great time as I'm sure did everyone else. @tu*

I received this message from Pete Hyndman in Carnlough which I think helps sum up the event.... "I think I'm speaking for nearly everybody in Carnlough, by congratulating you for organising the O Bash Day in Carnlough. The whole day was a success and the fireworks were absolutely fantastic, I hope you would consider bringing the event back again...once again thank you ...."

All that remains is to once again thank the O'Bashers who took the time, trouble, expense and braved the awful (English!) weather to attend. Without you, there would not have been an O'Bash @tu*

Only for Damien securing the funding and booking the right people it would have been a burger van and sparklers, so the real thanks go to him, the lottery fund and Mid & East Antim Borough Council.

Have to say it was the best bike event I've ever been to and not knowing what to expect as there was about 14 people that was to come and it trickled down to 2 but so glad I came.
Despite my bike broken down and all, still managed to have great fun and great support from everyone so hats off to Damien, and Scott and to all you guys Grant, Stephen, ken, Rob, Ian and of cos Gabriel & Georgina.
Look forward to catching up again@tu*
