many years ago, I had a glider pilots licence, and the best thing was to beat up the strip on the last flight of the day...
They would be OK though Trumpet... No rear plate & a really good face covering helmet...LOL

Reason quoted was... "I forgot to zero the altimeter to our present height above sea level"
