Apologies for not being around much, life is somewhat getting in the way and this whole Covid situation isn't helping. The new steed is home and even with the lockdown I've managed to put over 2000 miles on her so far. Thought I would share a couple of pics as I've started getting withdrawal symptoms from not having you lot taking the p!ss.

Love it. and the 1250 carries the weight much lower than the 1200 did..
Gutted I simply cannot manage the weight any more ( on my right side )

Absolutely horrible in town due to the gear spacing STILL being wrong just like the previous couple of dozen big GS's but once moving above about 4o they are really REALLY good & make a great comfy A roads distance bike or motorway blaster, the front end in particular is brilliant allowing you to brake deep into or even through corners if you cock it up

Not sure i'd ever want to find out what off road capability they have (if any) though & you still have to look at it when you get off :(

I find mine a doddle in town and in slow moving traffic. The only issue I have is that when braking to a stop from slow moving, be certain that the front wheel is pointing dead ahead. I needed three scares to learn my lesson :yikes:

Their off -road capability is astonishing, providing they're wearing the correct boots. Not when under the control of twats like me, but those who really know how to ride. Have a look on you tube and see what some of these boys can do with the big Panzers.
