Received a message this morning giving me a pin number & a link to Barnsley Hospital, I knew this would be for Bev so I logged on & it’s her appointment for her shoulders.
Why couldn’t they just message with the appointment details?

Does it let you log in and change appointments etc.

Anyway, stop winging, I can't blame them for not wanting to ring you:)

I usually get a text message asking me to follow a link to the local NHS Trust site, then log in with my date of birth, then another bit of info. I can then access the letter for whatever it is in PDF format to download & print off. Except my phone is not linked to my printer, so I have to download the PDF to my phone, email it to myself, then print it if I need to, i.e. if it's an appointment letter which I need to show at the appontment.

Odd really, as if it's my cardiac consultant, she sends letters for everything, including a letter to my GP and a copy to myself.
