Sorry, it's not a BIRD, but that's one big bike and I'm one tiny person.

Sold mine to buy an older Blackbird.
Don't like racks and a topbox fitted to them, gives you vibration white finger's for a week, nice to ride without the gear lashed to it, so-so on fuel economy.

Thanks guys. Like I said, I'm only little, so I can't handle a Bird (yet), but this is the next best thing.

Still, Hunter says I can try his Bird across the airfield, and there's always the pillion spot, if I get Bird withdrawal symptoms.

Floozy and I test rode the CBR6F last weekend, but she did not feel to happy sitting on it as the bike was too tall for her, so she has decided to the CBF600 route now, esp as she is having to do a 90 mile commute every day.

I am soooooooooooooooooo jealous R#? I had set my heart on getting one too but like Coddy said, when I tried one last week I couldn't get my feet down, sort of bouncing from tip toe to tip toe - probably not sensible to go that route with all the stopping and starting I have to do each day.

Actually, Floozy, whilst I can get both feet down on the old ('89) CBR6, I'm kinda tiptoes on this one, but she's so light and well balanced that toe-tips is enough. The old one needed firmly planted feet with the extra weight and less balance, but my silver dream machine is just that!!!!

Nice bike...mate of mine had one went to Germany with us no problems...changed it for a ZZR1400..lasted 4 days before coming off it!!
