I had best introduce myself if I'm going to be stalking your forums a bit. I picked the bird up on Saturday and have clocked up a few miles since.

The old girl is a 2001 with the analogue dials and as close to stock as well as one of the cleanest bikes I have ever owned, I am hoping to keep her that way too.

I bought her for the better cruising ability to my older naked 600 s/sport but find her a touch cramped as I'm a longer gent. I may have to make some minor adjustments but I'm going to see how I cope first.

So here she is @tu*

Welcome. Nice bike, best model, same as mine:-0)

That was my understand too :-0). Infact I'm sure I read somewhere that the red ones were the slowest? :dunno:

You could have heard it anywhere from bike mags to Wikipedia and school playgrounds. It's common knowledge.
