Went on line.. after 10 minutes of mucking around it then told me I need a card machine to do it.
Fair enough....
I went up town to Nationwide, walked in and asked for a machine..

So I think, this is gonna require all sorts of hoop jumping..
Nope.. Here you are sir.. No ID, no card, nothing..
I said can I do a transfer here ?
Only with a passport of driving licence !!!
Anyone who steals a card can go in and get a machine..
Anyone can re-register for on line banking as long as the account has been registered before and not within the past 7 days
Once again they have made a simple system very complex and yet with security similar to a public toilet
