Well, I have just driven home from Portsmouth along the A27 which is one, two and three lanes in places. Nowhere on the two and three lane bits where National,Speed a limit signs were displayed did the car indicate anything other than 70mph limit.
There were, however, sections of two lane dual carriageway that had 60mph signs.
