Have to confess I would dearly love to have an Escort RS2000, with the full body kit, mint ones are fetching bloody good money now.

If it didn't have the wrong stripes it would have been a rare little classic.

I had a 1600 L Mk2, 2000 S Mk2, 3000S Mk3, 4 X 2.8i's and a 2.8i shell with a 5.8 litre Ford V8 manual......... Love the old Capri, my last one was used in Coronation St for 4 episodes, was used as the ex Landlady's (Natalie Horrocks) son's car, it featured in the episode where Des Barnes was murdered.........I sold it when the Capri Club anorak brigade tracked it down after its appearance and i drew good money for it.
