Nice kit!

Is the DB screen a Fabbri matt finish?
If so did you need to do any painting to the inside to hide the clock backs, and does it make a lot of difference buffetting wise from the origional?

I was going to buy one after christmas but bottled out as I was told that the matt screens mark too easily.

Shall I go for it.

ta :dunno:
I do like those pipes!!!

DOUBLE BUBBLE

Yes it is the FABBRI ''frosted look'' Black screen. Looks the dogs danglies and so far, I have it 6 months no marks and I feel less buffeting at speed than the stock. It probably needs an edging strip just to finish it off as the edge is a bit jagged. I can only find the anodised type and I would like a matt edging trim.....any ideas. I didn;t paint the gap part, but you can't see thru it and don;t need to. Recommended. The fit was excellent as well although I did lose one of the rubber seating thingys for the screen screw........but apart from that as I say excellent.

The pipes are Titanium Tri-colour from Blue Flame ?430 ish with a bit of discount...........Loud....really loud....have to freewheel thru town centres etc

Lots of Irish

Fabbri Screen

Yeah, I got one of those as well, been on a year now and no noticable marks, just make sure when you wax the bike you dont get too much on the screen cos its a twat to get off.
I also did an unexpected test on it last weekend, it was lying on the worktop when my 4lb hammer fell on it from approx 2ft !!
Only a very slight mark on it so it should hold no fears for big nasty Bees !!
I think they look brill, but then I would, wouldn't I !!
