not the racing, got that on the TV, but what I really missed was being there. Its the first time in 6 years that we have not gone over for either the GP or WSB. I am going to put that right next year.
Any comments on the track changes that are being done over the winter?? Rumour has it that there will be a sharp right at the end of the pit lane linking up at the De Strubben hairpin, pretty much cutting 1/3 of the track length. All so a posh hotel and car parking can be built. IMHO, they are playing with history, destroying one of the all time classic tracks in the name of progress and the power of the euro. So far the alterations have been great and have improved the racing 100% without looseing the feel for the place.
So any race fans that have been there have any comments.
