Police are setting up more mobile camera units in Derbyshire, on all routes popular with motorcyclists (didn't say anything about bikers) this is going to happen every sunday until the end of september, It is being done to encourage Motorcyclists to be careful of their speeds,

Does this mean that any other vehicle will be safe as they are only targetting bikes?
