To get THE sound you would have to break the CD into several pieces, drop it into a large pot and then swirl it around. To add the final flourish, I would recommend doing this while tap dancing on a stainless steel kitchen sink.

It'd roll around for a bit, bounce off a few bits and pieces, whirl around in a circle and flop. I have no idea what that would sound like. Maybe dropping a 10p piece but quieter?
