Matlock Bath council to charge bikes!

Firstly apologies if this has been posted before or is in the wrong section, I wasn't sure where to post it....forum Admins re-post please if incorrect,

I found out through another site that Matlock Bath Council are planning to charge bikes for parking there, if 7000 people sign the petition they have to reconsider the proposal, if you have ever been, please sign the petition, if you have never been, why not? and please sign it anyway.... thanks,
