As has been mentioned, I have recently been more of less forced in to replacing my main ride with a nearly bike, an MP3 HPe Sport

After speaking to Piaggio dealers all over the UK, I called M & P to see what they had for sale

What a difference !
All the other dealers left me feeling as if I was some sort of low life begging a favour..
Please sir, may I have a new bike ?

NEW BIKE !! Well I will have a look, but it means I have to go out my office... I might ring you back

M & P were simply amazing.. Bent over backwards to accommodate and help.. Nothing too much trouble.
Bike arrived yesterday in a proper kitted out bike transporting van, was spotless and had all the paperwork, keys, tools etc that you would expect
Hand over was pleasant and friendly and all my questions answered without hesitation
This morning I had a phone call from Chris, the chap I had been dealing with, making sure all was well

When I compare that with the total shite I had from a Triumph dealer ( who just could not care less once they had the money ), it is like chalk and cheese

As for M & P, gone is the old ( ok, it was several years ago ) customer service that consisted of a bully with a bad attitude, and it has been replaced with e top notch customer facing service..
You all know me well enough to appreciate I do not hand out unwarranted praise, nor do I do it lightly, but by the cringe, compared to other dealers dealt with recently they stand alone, and stand head and shoulders above others.

Richer Sounds are brilliant. Got an email from them at the weekend asking if I was happy with the OLED tv I bought a couple of weeks back - I told them I was other than the fact I cannot get the sub woofer to fire from the AV amp...they are sending someone out to check that I have the settings and connections correct on the tv and amp (I am sure I haveo_O) and hopefully get it sorted.

Way above expectations.(y)

Richer Sounds are brilliant. Got an email from them at the weekend asking if I was happy with the OLED tv I bought a couple of weeks back - I told them I was other than the fact I cannot get the sub woofer to fire from the AV amp...they are sending someone out to check that I have the settings and connections correct on the tv and amp (I am sure I haveo_O) and hopefully get it sorted.

I got a phone call from my local bakery asking if I was happy with the bun that I bought last week, I told them they’d got the walnut to coffee ratio slightly wrong but other than that it was ok, less than 15 seconds later there’s a knock at my door & there stood the baker with every bun & cake he’d ever made, he also gave me a 75% share of his business, excellent service.

I blacklisted them over 12 years ago for poor customer service, basically blaming me for ordering the wrong part when I bought an air filter from them at a show telling them it was for my 1998 Blackbird, then charging me postage and a restock fee to return it, and failing to address my written complaint. Maybe I should have checked the filter first but as I'd only had the Bird for a week, I wouldn't have known it what the correct filter looked like anyway.

It seems that I may be using them again if they've upped their game that much.

Cannot speak for the parts dept but after my experience with bike sales I did some checking around..
Could not find a bad word about them.....Pretty much every one finding as I did, excellent customer facing service and often happy to go the extra mile.
