Lovely morning for a spin

Had a day off work today and my plan was to do a bit of painting at home however, as it was such a beautiful morning, it was a shame to waste it indoors so I went for a spin with a mate down the N51 in County Meath.

Nice and dry out today if a little cold but great roads with loads of twisties and nice surfaces to boot.

It's been a while since I had the bird out but it performed effortlesly as usual, so smooth and sweet and a pure joy to drive. Covered about 120 miles all in and visited Fore abbey in county Westmeath along the way.

Roll on summer and more of the same - I can't wait for my trip to Scotland in May @tu*

Great stuff! I'm off to Wales Easter weekend although I have a feeling the weather won't be quite so warm and blue.. fingers crossed. I toured Scotland last year albeit on a VFR, superb roads @tu*

same here am leaving home 10 am on friday, staying at the ponderosa 3 nights, white bird and panniers flouro jacket. Hope you have a good trip
