Veni, vidi, got very wet on my wat back to London...

Was great to see the usual suspects, Pete you're such a star you're gonna be the subject of a separate post, Sam happy birthday hope Amanda finished you off - I mean that in the drink department of course, Ben with a big grin and bags where they should be when you're a new dad (not really Ben, you were as rosy as usual!), Rob thanks a bunch for the sausages - when I open my backpack it smelled evenly can't wait to try them, Lumpy your lad is a champ, Cruser thanks for the drink, Alison Joe Bob Dave T Orms Skippy and whoever else I forgot(sorry!) was great to see you lads!!!:beer: :beer:

I as usual was very subdued and quiet but had a good evening once orms had stopped putting me in restraining holds and arm locks....................

Cheers to all the usual suspects and especially Sam,Amanda & Joe for poppin round to see Little Amy on the way to the pub and joe for the lift there & back(gave me the chance to have a few sherbets)

Next time I'll be on the bike so I don't have to endure alcohol.Jesus!-I only had three pints of 'wife beater' and I feel ruff as fuck this mornin'.Or was that down to only getting four hours sleep:dunno:
I was very tempted to start on the Brandys along with Sam but am glad I knocked that idea on the head.How ya feeling this mornin' Sam after ya beer & Brandy sesh?

Oi Ben sorry to be bending your ear like that M8 I'm normally a lot quieter than that, must have been the two dozen Jim Beams I drank..........still the bracing ride home in the pleasant summer shower had me as sober as a judge by the time I got back to the Bronx.

A couple of familiar faces with Pete rebuilding somebodys instrument cluster on one of the back tables. Rob the Gourmet sausage man doing a thriving business (catch you at Matlock M8), Joe, Ben who was unusually quiet and subdued and good to meet a few new faces Pierre, Lumpy and his Kung Fu slippers, Samster and Amanda, Cruser, Bob Pinder, Orms and any one else that I may have missed. :beer: :beer:

A great evening, I really needed that and enjoyed it immensely.

Have to say that even in a car it was horrible on the way back. Screen was so greasy had to stop and buy some wash stuff and then when I did get it clean the damn wiper washer hoses came apart under the bonnet!!!!!!

Had screen wash all over the engine I expect before I realised!!!!

Back in under the hour just in time for DErek to call.

He was sorry he missed you, when the better weather occurs he will make it over, at the moment over a four hour bike trip in this weather isn't much fun
