Hi, Does the loom fix apply to all model years.
Can anyone tell me were the connector is located on a 2007 model.

    Thanks

On the ones with digi dash it is a really easy job.
Just ten wires to deal with.. Cut the plug off, strip the wires ( and make sure they are nice and clean.. If black carefully scrape them until shiny otherwise you WILL have problems !, and solder them all together :)

found my connector it is very neatly taped up could this mean that its already been sorted, if not do all the wires in it need to be connected together in one group:nusenuse:

You may be in luck (but life isn't like that, is it?) and yes, if you have ten green wires they all need to be soldered together...as per JAWS post above:p

If a digi dash it has ten green wires, and yes.. simply cut all ten wires and join them all together.. Might look ok but it IS a problem waiting to happen !
I pre digi dash it has 19 wires.
There are three groups of three wires and ten green wires.
Do a group of three, solder, tape up and isolate.. Do the next group of three wires, tape up and isolate, then the last three wires the same.
Then cut all 10 green wires ( do not worry about thickness as I think two are thicker ) and solder all those together and tape up.
Tape the whole lot together, tape to loom and tuck away
