Hopefully it won't include Motorcycles but I can't see that being the case indefinitely :eek:

It's def coming, that's a certainty.

I think Jaws hit the nail on the head last time we debated this - that it will be introduced asap ahead of any development in technology that enables cars etc to be powered differently (hybrids and the like), and the accompanying lost of fuel revenue that will bring.
