after being complained about for swearing and various other things , i was told today to turn the xmas music off, becuase of a complaint, the resident JW has complained on reglious grounds.

i told them to please refrain from making stupid comments and what about majority rules etc???

still got told to turn it off.





so i started singing my heart out to ANY xmas song, yep we have just had santa you **** three times in a row, a punk version of silent night, headbanging santa claus is coming to town, and countless others.



have just been told that i can have the music back on to the sound of cheers and thank fuck for thats from all in the office(except the JW) of course who is sulking with big wobbling lips. LOL LOL LOL.


Have also agreed to drop him off home tonight as i dont bear a grudge, BUT it is going be rude XMAS songs all the way home :yo: :yo: :yo:

I suspect I may have been one of the first people to have to go on a 'diversification' course back in 2000..

After sitting through severel crap 'lectures' we were asked what we thought of certain things and situations..

If you think this, stand here, if we think that stand there....

So as each question was asked we all duly trapsed to the correct ( expected ) response area.

When it finished the woman asked if there was any comments or questions..
Me being a trouble maker ( ! ) asked if I could address a question to 'the group'

I asked if they had answered in a way they thought they should answer, or did they answer in a truthful way.. All bar one woman stepped over to the 'answered as I thought I should ! LOL !!!

Discussing the whole thing later with some of those I worked with, I further asked if they really cared and every single one ( all races colours and creeds, and religeons ) said no.. It seemed the ONLY persons who were concerned at all were the HR lot .. and as they are / were jobsworths to a man/woman I still do not give a rats bum, esp as they are valuless to the overal scheme of things as far as I am concerned ! !

That I really dont give a feck about minority groups and neither do most other folk if they are honest !

Having been a member of a minority group most of my life ( a biker and those old enough will know this is not a joke or even vaguely funny ! ) I learned to live with the abuse and all the other shite..

So either conform and join the big gang or put up with it !
Don't expect to be able to demand others to fall in with YOUR minority ways ..

To point out how bad it is getting now, our new prison officers have one afternoon's training on radio procedure, having to share a radio between two or three people, they get no training on how to open a Cell door, it is expected that we will show them.
They get five sessions on Diversity.
before every course we undertake be it refresher or something new, we have to sit through quarter of an hours powerpoint presentation on Diversity, surely it would be easier and quicker for them to say "Is there anybody that isn't sure of Diversity" rather than go through the same boring claptrap everytime.

Remind that person that this country spent a 100 years crusading other country's in order to bring Christianity into their lives.
We also spread the word during our Imperial days.
Now, being the good sports that we Brits are- we no longer force our beliefs in foreign lands - so if the JW doesn't like the celebrations that give this nation of ours an excuse to run up massive credit card bills & drink ourselves into damnation - tell him to fuck off to a country that does suit his beliefs.
Oh, and give the JW a birthday card, they fuckin' hate that as well.

dont mind jw except this bloke is a class a prick and i think he hides behind his beliefs to do what he wants, the number of times i have heard cant/wont cause of my beliefs is feckin unreal.
