Llangollen Santa Train. Coddy! What's your excuse?

Yesterday, I took my grandson on the Llangollen Santa train. Got in the carriage and prepared for the trip to "Lapland" Oh! dear, we have a slight problem with the engine. We need to return it to the shed for a steam heater pipe to be replaced. An hour and a half later we set off. It's not a train, it's a bloody fridge. There was ice forming on the INSIDE of the windows. The staff looked after everyone as best they could. I just wished Coddy was on that train. Boy would he have gotten some stick!

My wife and I spent many happy hours in Snowdonia, just after we met and fell in love, and I will hear nothing but wonderful things about Llangollen and all things Wales - to me, a frosty train is but a mere excuse to hold her tighter. @tu*

Colchester! I should have known, typical Essex reply. Hello! I was with my grandson! He didn't need keeping warm, he was too busy chasing "Santa" up and down the train. Now, had I been with a scantily clad young lady, I would indeed have offered to keep her warm. 8ree!
