recently had to do one, googled it as you do and a load of sites popped up, all charging around £20, many charging vat.

Or you can go direct to The Land Registry who Charge £3.

Now bear in mind that to charge vat you need sales of at least £85000........


It seems you can fool most of the people most of the time.

Had a similar experience when applying for visas to go to Australia, loads of 'intermediary' outfits charging a small fortune when you could apply direct for a fraction of the price.


Be careful out there.

Amazes me how many downright scammers and chancers are out there, and worse, how many total fuckwits fall for it
