Just the beginning for Andy?

I wouldn’t read anything into ‘Randy Andy’ - I have been called that on and off for as long as I can remember, as I am sure every other Andy has on the planet.
What even Andy Pandy? What did he get up to with Looby Loo?

Well, you did have hundreds of imaginary girlfriends before meeting Mrs B. You brought that on yourself.

I said pretty much the same thing last night. Mrs P. has said he's had this coming because of the company he's kept and the circles he's mixed in over the years. Doesn't mean anything to me, he's innocent until proven guilty.

Whether he had sex with her not, I don't know and I care even less. What bothers me though, same with a lot of these 'me too' cases, why has she waited 21 years before coming forward?

This woman was paid $500,000 years ago to keep her trap shut and she's now in breach of the agreement. What I think has happened here, and this is only my opinion before anyone starts, is that she's spent all the money and is now skint. With all this 'me too' bollocks going on, she's decided to jump on the bandwagon and see if she can get a few more quid out of it. Either way, she seems to me to be motivated by greed.
Not followed this closely to be honest but I seem to recall seeing that she was 17 at the time so not really a child. As for keeping bad company, people like Epstien are very good at disguising their true nature.

I bet if she was your daughter you’d say she was still a child. I certainly would.
I think a 17 year old is considered a minor in most states over the pond.

The funny thing is, 13/14 year old girls are getting pregnant all the time round this area and usually by boys who are overage.
No f*cker seems to bat an eyelid at that and it barely makes the news anymore.

From what I have seen reported a minor is anyone under the age of 18 in America. Regardless of that, there is the question of whether she was vulnerable and abused.

He had 10,000 men.
He also had lots of underage girls,
But he can’t remember them !

Not that i'm defending either party or which side of the pond they originate from, but how the fook is either party going to defend or prosecute this case?
She was 17, probably groomed by Epstein and I suspect she was bowled over by meeting a Royal Prince. She's already had a massive pay out, he 'Randy Andy' has met how many people through official and unofficial duties. How many of us
could remember who you met at a party 21 years ago? Seems a load of bollox to me and a bit of fame seeking + financial security from Giuffre.

Have you seen the way grooming gangs work? They pick on vulnerable kids & make them feel special then when they’ve reeled them in they start to get nasty, like everybody else I don’t know what’s really happened but for the Queen to act like this on her favourite son speaks volumes,

Personally I don't read anything into the queen's actions as regards any insider information.

The situation and the publicity risks affecting the day to day business of the Royal Family.
It also risks it's credibility for the future.

As someone who always seems to try and do what is "right", I think this is why it's happened.
Even though it must cause her personal pain.

It may even actually help Andrew!

It now puts it firmly as a case to seek damages from someone who must rely on his own personal wealth to pay.
It may serve to remove a lever or pressure point in attempts to obtain payment, no longer a payment to remove embarrassment to the Royals as he's effectively now a retired former royal.

Regardless of the outcome I don't see him doing other than becoming an ex royal in all real respects.
You could also look at it as Charles's first steps towards a slimmed down monarchy.

She’s an American, now living in Australia, yet she’s suing in America. Why go to the added expense of flying halfway around the world? I e just read this in The Times:

The Queen will have Philip’s words ringing in her ears and he would have said, ‘Come on Lilibet, get off the fence and do something’. That’s what she did this week by cutting Andrew loose — she’s shown she’s ruthless in protecting the reputation of the royal family. The Americans go for big money in their settlements so it will potentially be £5 million-plus.”

If she wins, she’ll be awarded a significantly larger pay out in the States. Don’t get me wrong, if he’s taken advantage of that girl against her will then he should be taken to task. However, it’s going to take something spectacular to convince me that this is about nothing more than money. Thing is, I’m not sure if she’s aware but Andrew is described in the same article as ‘cash poor’. She can’t take what he ain’t got.

Sometimes it’s about more than the money as many abused would tell you, sometimes it’s about getting rid of the shackles of their childhood/adolescence, having the burden of guilt lifted from their shoulders & moving on having been vindicated however sadly fingers will still be pointed regardless of the outcome

So why not push for criminal action to get him banged up. Unless the money will make it hurt less than him doing time for his crimes.

How else other than ‘money’ can the lady be ‘compensated’ (not really the right word as if damage has been done to her mentally that can’t be repaired, maybe ‘restitution is better) if she wins the case?

At present this is a civil case so there is no other way of ‘settling’.

It is all speculation anyway, perish the thought that anyone can be patient and let the case run its course.

There is no way any Royal is going to be
extradited and sent to a foreign judicial system, not a chance in hell. I reckon she is on borrowed living time and will mysteriously disappear from planet earth. If she is living in Oz land? It's going to be even easier for her sudden disappearance what with Royal sympathisers and the like.
