That totally overlooks the damage that has been /may have been done to her (I’m not judging as I have no idea) - it has been established that there was exploitation going on in the Epstein world, why should time be a barrier to making those involved accountable? If it had been a priest involved with young boys would you want it time barred?

I still find it hard to believe how Andrew got embroiled in this…surely someone should have been telling him to disengage from Epstein. Surely someone should have been telling him not to do the near suicidal itv interview. I have always thought he was alright, sadly to me he is now coming across as someone who has been incredibly naive and possibly felt entitled. I suppose yet another example of someone being born into an unreal world.

So would many of us but nobody is ever going to lock up a royal in this day and age so the next best thing is to make him suffer as much as possible financially and to lose his titles etc as is already happening

That along with the stress and pressure he must be under should cause him serious harm mentally if not physically, we all know whatever happens next he will be allowed to sail along under the radar supported by the queen etc but for a man that has enjoyed so much privilege his whole life that's got to hurt

The loss of his titles is, at this stage at least, more a case of dynastic preservation. If he’s found to be guilty, he could do irrevocable damage to the Royals so cutting him loose now was a pre-emptive, and very smart, strike.

Alternative stories are starting to emerge now about her having psychological issues relating to ‘false memories’, amongst other things. Andy’s lawyers are seeking to question her husband and her psychiatrist.

Whatever happens, this is going to get messy. If he’s truly innocent, I sincerely hope he doesn’t settle and takes this all the way. If that were me and I’d done her no wrong, I wouldn’t give her a f’ing penny and I’d countersue in the process. Actually, I’d do far worse than that for accusing me on the world stage of some very heinous crimes.

just watched the gutter journalism programme broadcast on itv last night….to me it is already becoming pretty obvious that the lawyers are getting plenty of post trial ammunition to challenge the case against Ghislaine Maxwell. fFS one of the jurors was being interviewed and was obviously enjoying every minute of his fifteen minutes of fame while spouting off as if he was a leading expert on abuse.

I am not saying she is innocent, but the media are again causing mayhem and may well unduly influence justice being served.
