Buzz/Jill,

Thanks for the 4th of July celebrations. I understand the difficulties in organiseing any type of run but this one was a good'un.

The route selected by TomTom was both varied and entertaining on both the out and inward legs and the food at the pub was second to none. The spread for ?10 was excellent, more there than we could eat but good old Taff had a go at it. It was good to see that Moog really is alive and well and guess who else turned up - none other than Simzie and B, full respect mate for making the rip down, even if we were just about to leave as you arrived, we will have to get the timming sorted out next time, thanks for the effort bud.

Again, thanks to all, it was good to put names to faces, with luck we should get together again soon. Shrops should have to new "bitch" next time we hook up, that will be nice.

Thanks for sorting a great day out. Me & Debs had a great time on the day despite the odd shower $%3un trying to dampen things. Good to see a number of new faces too.

Our apologies to all concerned.....

.... for not attending on Sunday... We are both glad you all had a good day out, and the weather treated you all reasonably well...

We were going to attend as of the previous afternoon, as we had rung Buzz and let him know we would meet you all at Craven Arms (station cafe). Unfortunately, as you may or may not know, Jan has Osteo-Arthritis, and she spent all saturday night in agony/tears from the pain from her hip joints... So,what with the meeting we are involved with next weekend, we thought it better she did not aggrevate the situation..Thus we spent a day with me moaning about the waste of good weather (sympathetic arent I ???) What does annoy me, is that she has waited over a year for just an MRI scan so that the bloody specialist can confirm what he already knows, before he can start any treatment... F**kin NHS waiting lists... I suppose it will be another year before he finally confirms his own friggin diagnosis. :bang: ..

Sorry guys n gals, another rant over. .

Went to Dave & Ros's in the afternoon for Coffee with the very rare Moogster & Simzie & B ,,,,, great to see the lot of you on your bikes, I had a peek at my new one while at Taffys,,,,looks the dogs danglies,,,, not long now :yo: soon be with you lot again,,,,,, getting fed up with shakin our asses :}
