Just read that he's resigned.

Emailed my (Tory) MP to tell him that he can whistle for my vote from now on.
I've voted Tory all my life, but no more.

I'm sick to death with the false promises put out by this government about how they will make Britain the best place in the world to be a veteran.

Sadly you are correct John.
I had come to this position some time ago and it does nothing to bolster confidence in the system.
Trouble is they are too quick to identity as our political leaders and flex their powers accordingly whilst conveniently forgetting the fact they are nothing more than our political representatives, IE our employees.
