Purchased new April 2001. 17k miles to date.
Fitted pair of Akrapovic titanium ends cans at 4k. Removed end cans at 17k miles & replaced with full Akrapovic system and Carbon end can (lower maintenance than titanium hopefully!)
PC II fitted & sorted by Steve Jordan Mototcycles at same time as full system.

Other add on's include:
CBR XX tank protector
R&G crash protectors
Spyball alarm
Harris rear hugger
Spare seat re-covered by P&P with CBRXX embossed
O/E rear indicators removed & replacement Buell indicators fitted
DID Gold link chain and Renthal rear sprocket

I run 020 tyres.

Oh yeah, forgot to mention; removed slow centre stand, polished heel plates and fitted gold rear sprocket nuts and Jaws titanium hero blobs (otherwise known as Tittys); they spark up just fine. Pending receipt of replacement titanium brake calliper mounting bolts. Thing is, since I attached the red thing I'm unable to go anywhere :}

LOL @ cyclops. Sounds about righty mate.

What happens to that zorst system come M.O.T. time ?

If I was keeping the bike for 3 years it wouldn't be a problem as it's a case of "not what you know, but who ya know".

However, I keep my bikes no longer than 2 years as I do approx 10k miles a year. So, due to all the possers out there (who do no more than 4k miles a year and thus lower expected annual mileages) if I kept my bike longer than 2 years the depreciation would be ridiculous. As a result, I will probably sell the bike in July when I return from the Catalunya GP trip :yo:
