We used to have a cat that would hide in carrier bags, when you went to pick the bag up a claw used to shoot out.

If you have a cat Try putting a sheet of white A4 on the floor in the middle of your lounge.

You may well be amazed at what the cat does.

I did that & my cat wrote a thousand word essay.
Ma P’s cat would take an hour to reach it. She’s so fat, she has to stop every five seconds for a rest. We were on FaceTime to Ma P on Saturday evening and she suddenly got all excited. There was a gert big rat on one of her bird tables and fatty had spotted it. Ma P opened the conservatory door to see if Roland would scarper and he duly obliged. Fatty waiting at the bottom of the bird table strolled after Roland as if she was expecting him to stop and wait! Mum had the camera on this and it was hilarious to watch.
You had to be there...........

One of our previous houses we had a problem of mice coming into the house from the field at the back, we got a cat, one day the cat jumped on the worktop & settled down watching a loaf of bread, Bev went to look at the loaf & saw a mouse sat munching the bread, when Bev went to move the loaf the mouse ran out towards the cat, I thought “say your prayers mouse, Benny’s gonna getya” nope, Benny jumped down & ran for his life.
