But had a little ride to Belgium yesterday !!!!
Left Essex....and by the time I got to the Channel Tunnel the fingers were blue !!!! No heating on the bloody train so used the hand dryer in the loo to get some life back to the hands !!!! Arrived in Calais and had a great ride up into Belgium....must have been the only silly sod out biking cos the fast lane was empty all the way !!!!:lick:
Stocked up on the cheapo fags and bacca and set off for home.. at the terminal in Calais I met a guy on a new Pan European who said his digital dash thermometer hadn't gone above -6 degrees all day !!!!!
Called in at Maidstone services on the way home and found my other half waiting there on her ZZR6.....so quantities of coffee later we set off for home !!!!!!
266 miles for me.....72 miles for her......can we call it a rideout ???
And I've only just started to thaw out !!!!!!:h
