The Phone Number is unavailable..It doesnt state which vehicle or registration number..but wants me to click on a link and pay £23.24 by debit card.The only road charging penalties around Stoke on Trent are the bus lanes..Cant remember what I was doing at 16.24 on the 5th October ..mmmm
This looks highly dodgy to me..
