The wheel

the wheel was closed down early last summer whan the landlady decided she coudnt take any more harassment of the local polizei, the meet is now a couple hundred yard up the road at swancote country club, or on a tuesday at the wheatsheaf at shareshill nr cannock, or the red roof? on the A518 just out of telford nr edgmond / newport

Swancote

Went past swancote last wednesday, looks like no one goes there anymore either, although the oak at rudge heath advertises it still welcomes bikers but again didnt see anyone there,

Stormey on monday nights

Just a quick update in case you haven't picked it up from other threads

Stormey has a bike meet on a monday night now as well as thursday, usula burger vans plus band on monday night whilst they try to get it up & running, very useful if the weather looks poor on the thrusday night, gives us another reason to nip out.

ironbridge ans stormy petrel

been to drop of our little girl @ the in-laws for a couple of days but before we went there went to the ironbridge for a drink and ice-cream, been with my wife for 8 years and she is from telford and in all the time ive been going there i never went till today but have to say i will be there again soon plenty of bikes there and two birds one black and one red anyway great place and like richard said @ the start of thread very cheap pay ?1 for 3 hours parking next time going to go to bliss hill and see what that is all about

P.s may be going to the stormy petrel as they also have a meet on monday/thursday but not sure where i will be setting off from or what time so will keep a eye out if i get there

wheatsheaf-shares hill-red house telford

Went to the wheatsheaf at shareshill last night, it had been raining but was drying off when i got there, there was only one other bike there, then went on to the red house in telford, that was a waste of time , No sign of bikes , think i,ll stick to well known places when i go .

stormy petrel

Come to the conclusion that the stormy is to much of a damp squib on a monday night, only 2 bikes there last night, didnt see any food vans, so carried onto the A5 heading to Cannock and fell over the Bradford arms at Ivetsy Bank fair few bikes there and a better run than going down the M54, may stop and have a coffee next time i pass the place by.
countdown to the phantoms in belgium now only 9 days.
