I checked what my phone signal speed was just now sat near the Falkirk Wheel. I had to check again to check it, one time was 5g and 516mbps, when at home it’s generally only around 50-60 at best.

3 are doing internet via the 5g mobile network and claim better than full fibre speeds. It's via a plug-and-play box with no connection fee. I'd give it a go but I'm far too attached to the land-line I've had for the last 35 years.
