For those of you that believe the myth about man landing on the moon, allegedly Buzz Aldrin was the first person to go to the toilet on the moon.

One of our students trips was Paris.
One of them was bulking at going up the tower.
I persuaded her to go, once in a lifetime thing. When we got to the top I looked around to speak to her. She was standing with her back to the wall arms spread out as if she was stuck to the wall. She was terrified.
At least she will remember Paris.

These were 18 to 23 years old.

The largest mass of gold ever found was in Australia and weighed 630lbs.

Known as The Holtermann Nugget it would be worth about US$8m at today’s price.

The opening lines of The Beatles classic ‘I saw her standing there’ was

”She was just seventeen
Never been a beauty queen”

Until literally the final studio recording that was released as an iconic single.

Doesn’t really sound right does it?

I regularly check the Tax & MOT details every time I see a ‘classic car’ being restored by Wheeler Dealers and Car SOS just because I’m a nosy bugger. It’s quite regularly that that same car doesn’t get Taxed - yes you can see if it’s SORNed

and the one above is Taxed on a ‘77 Ford. 1993cc.

Son's friend, a cop, was in traffic behind an older Merc. He reckoned the trim wasn't belonging to the year of the reg no.
Turns owner had 2 similar cars.......
Reg belonged to other car

I seem to recall a guy getting a speeding ticket & he challenged it as the plate belonged to his car but not the car that was flashed, it happened again & when enquiries were made it turned out the guy owned a few cars & often swapped the plates to beat speeding fines.

Me and a mate both had 650cc A10 motorbikes. We also had the same registration number. Good job his old man didn’t see them both together as he was a copper.
