Took the bbird with a brand new viper to scrub it in. Just after Mallwyd a pheasant took off in front of me and smacked me on the head. Fookin hurts it does.....certainly hurt the pheasant...feathers everywhere.lol A few miles on a stream of traffic and a pillock in a white van who did every thing he could to stop me getting past. Indicated my "pleasure" at his behaviour as I passed him. Just before the turning to Meifod there is a nice bend I normally take at 80 into a quarter mile straight. Remembering new black boots i took it about 65ish and was accelerating up the straight when I spotted a bike cop in the layby looking at me over a long probiscus (sadly not his nose) Braked hard and waved respectfully at him as I passed. Quarter mile later I decided I couldn't wait 14 days to know so turned around, rode back and parked in his layby. Helmet, gloves off, earplugs out. Sorry to bother you Officer but was i over the limit??? Well Sir, you were moving on but you showed you were alert by braking as soon as you saw me and your speed was not EXCESSIVE so I used my discretion. I fookin nearly kissed him. Stood talking bikes for a while as he carried on checking passing cars......THEN...along comes white van man at an excessive speed with his phone at his ear....didn't even see the copper until he was virtually opossite....LOL. Copper says well that one is definitely done....I nearly pissed myself. Got on my bike and caught up wvm to again show my "respect" What a lovely day!!! a bit further on at buttington caught up with a stream again but as there was a 40 limit a mile ahead I decided not to bother passing. Half a mile later a Safety Camera Van SPIT was parked on the side filming. oh happy Day. :}
