01.30AM sunday
landrover with 4 dogs, 3 men, at least one shotgun, travelling along a country lane, then turn off down a 2 mile long dirt track, switch lights off WHY????
Still not sure why but as i was wildcamping it in the layby with me dog and got woken up by then, i watched from the dark of the van and layby. Now I know that brany owls, badgers live down that track somewhere cause i have seen the buggers before, and i also know that the track comes out onto another road from the other end.
My thoughts turn to " these bastids are badger baiting" so i drive the ven in front of the track to block it and call the police, and tell them what i think is going on, 10 mins later the police arrive at my end of the track!! I move van they come back 30 minutes later saying "noboby was down there but the track had be used as it had tore up the banks and trees along the side etc etc."
No police officer was sent to the other end of the track. Next time i seen the landrover going down there, i think i will open the van door and shut "bang", so at 02.15am i am driving to a different spot when i get pulled over by the police who check the van over give the look over etc. and wave me on my way.
anyways found a good spot at 3.00am and awoke to the birds singing, the sun shining(LOL LOL LOL)
