This morning was very foggy here in Barnsley, on our way to the horses we encountered, cars with no lights on, a scooterist in shorts & tee shirt, no helmet, a group of six lycra lovers, only two with lights on, a young girl walking a dog in the middle of the road, going in the same direction as the traffic, a set of temporary lights & immediately opposite the “wait here” sign a midi skip half on the pavement, half on the road with no warning lights.
