I really REALLY want to punch that Scottish lawyer MP...!

And the system didn't triumph in the Owen Paterson case...... Outrage by decent people towards the greed and corruption of some MP's brought about the right decision. Despite the PM's attempts to replace the system with something far worse.

Isn’t it pleasing to hear Ian Hislop do what he does best, generally only seen on HIGNFY, and not also shouted down.

and a late edit - yes I agree, I really don’t like way the Scottish MP lawyer speaks too smarmy for me.

That's what probably makes him a good advocate. Don't think he can be a lawyer though as this ain't America. Thought we only had solicitor or barrister in England.
