Just found out that as Smixy is looking to purchase The Robbo households 3 bedded detached marquis. Ian & Diane are looking at a slightly larger property to "bash" with for the next few occasions.

One property high on the list is the one below.

Unfortunately, Ian says, he is not downsizing for anyone...

and where is he going to have his workshop/den & beer store ???

Must say thanks to Chateau Robbofor the hospitality, Hunter, Artemis, & Sandra & Debz for looking out for Jan while I was at "play" on the rideout
